Matt who is originally from the Midwest, enlisted in the United States Air Force and worked his way up through the ranks from Airman Basic to Colonel.

Matt successfully made the transition from military to civilian life when he joined a leading independent Real Estate company in San Antonio and
        --Was top sales agent during the first full quarter as Realtor
        --Was top listing agent and associate of the month during first year
        --Had 32 closed transactions with over $ 2.3 million in sales in first year.

Matt switched to new home sales and again excelled. He was the leading sales person during his first year with the company.

After gaining experience as a Realtor and new homes sales person, Matt earned a broker's license and became a partner in a Universal City Real Estate company.

In April of 1997, Matt ventured out on his own when he started Eagle Realty.
